   Feedback for John (working today) Great customer service by your colleague John. I saw John upon entry into the store and mentioned that I needed some heated back pads and I said he could just tell me where they were instead of taking me, I went and couldn't find them so ended up walking around the store to shop around as you do at this time, only to see John approach me 5 mins later with the heat pads I had missed. John went out of his way to ensure I found them and I ended up buying those pads and a bunch of other items that I wouldn't have gotten should John had not found me. He's a credit to the store

   Came here to purchase things including that was parents vape liquid. The woman on the till today put the sign down as if we was paying separately so I’ve ended up with the basket which had the vape liquids in she said because it’s my basket I needed ID which I had on my phone but wasn’t good enough she asked an old lady behind and she shook her head and said no we can’t accept. So she wouldn’t let us buy it. When the basket was ours together we wasn’t paying seperately till she put the barrier there. Wouldn’t recommended staff aren’t as polite. Have been to b&m elsewhere and not had this problem. 9/12/25

   Maria was very helpful today. Helped me buy the right cleaning products to avoid bleaching my buoyancy aids which are worth a lot of money. Thank you very much and have a great Christmas, give her a couple of extra days off to enjoy a good rest after the busy time ☺️

   Came here in June with my family, usually the customer service is pretty good. This time around there was an older lady with glasses who works there who was quite rude. One of my family members politely asked where a particular item would be located in the store. She looked annoyed at even being approached. Her response came across as very patronising, rude and condescending. She started speaking slowly as if we were aliens who had just landed on earth and couldn’t understand English. Very disappointing to have staff that take their anger out on customers unwarranted.

   Hopefully this store isn't shutting down as there's plenty of great variety of more or less everything at great prices! Employees are also great too. A very great place to shop in other words especially compared to the much more restrained equivalent in the city centre...

   As always B&M Home Store is a great place to shop. It has a great choice of products from crisps snacks sweets cans of pop some beer and cider as well as squash mixes. It has tins of food pasta s and sauces too. As well as many homeware products for living room kitchen and the bathroom. It also has pet food and items for your pet. Stuff for your car all sorts of stuff. You really should visit as you can and will save money in here versus a lot of other large supermarkets on brand names too. Staff are also very helpful.

   I visited today. Which happened to be 13/11/2022. Remembrance Sunday. I was so pleased when it was announced the 2 minutes silence. It's so nice some people still respect it. And the staff are so helpful, treat you with respect. There's plenty of choice, and always clean. The only criticism I would have, is the Isles are a little cluttered, I used a mobility scooter, and sometimes it a bit of o squeeze to get around.

   Nice and spacey place for shopping. Has a long shelves and many different products on the nice price. Especially DIY section has lost of decorative stuff like many paints and wallpapers. also Christmas section is full pack for different varieties for your house.
