   Someone hit my back bumper after having it replaced 3 months prior! Took it here and it is back to its glory and looks like new again. Can't complain with the service, very easy to communicate with and don't mess you around. Had it back about a month now. Washed it a few times and the new paint work seems good so far!

   My experience with this repair shop was extremely frustrating. My car was there for over 60 days, during which they couldn't repair it. They constantly provided inaccurate information about the repairs and made promises they didn't fulfill. In the end, I had no choice but to take my car to another repair shop. On the day I needed to move my car from this shop because it couldn't move on its own, they provided me with a jack and a jump starter to help me move it. I'm grateful for that, but the lies and broken promises from the shop owner were very distressing and caused me a lot of frustration for a long time. However, unlike them, the second repair shop was highly professional. They purchased and repaired the chassis, fenders, bumper, interior cooling system, and several mechanical parts within a week. The efficiency and professionalism of the second repair shop highlighted a stark difference from the disappointment I encountered with the first one.
