Wish I had read the reviews first. No confirmation to purchase I tried to contact them with no response. and no ring arrived still waiting for a refund. Honestly I don’t know how this website is even still working
Purchased a ring online, no confirmation email. I sent an email to the email address online, no response. No answer from the phone number, the ring turns up three sizes too big. With no invoice or proof of order. Very strange way of doing business!

My chain was 2oz chain when taken in now it’s thinner and lighter at the time in the shop I dint think to check it over as it’s a jewellery shop that has been there many years but they have skimmed my chain or gave me a different one my guess is skimmed it as it’s a lot thinner and lighter even my kids noticed when I shown them my chain they asked y I brought a different one I said it’s my chain off Nan they said right away that’s not your chain yours was thicker and heavier I took it right to the scales and realised I’d been robbed knowing that I can’t do anything about it now I’m leaving reviews as a lot of elderly people go in there shop how many others have they or are they doing this to this was a sentimental chain as the money was off my nanna Roz so yes I’m wearing the chain even tho it’s been skimmed I can’t prove it as I’d left the shop I was to excited to get it back and fixed also if anyone reads this do chains have markings that tell you what the weight should be as I’ve contacted the shop I originally got it from waiting for there reply as I’m sure there should be some way of knowing what the chain is meant to weigh
