   Really nice leisure centre, huge gym and nice pool. The staff are always friendly, helpful and have a smile on their face. The car park can get a bit busy but there is usually a space somewhere.

   Went swimming for the first time in the main pool. A decent pool overall and would rate it as a 3.5 out of 5. The staff were very helpful and friendly at reception, with the pool being of a good temperature. The pool was far too busy and packed for my liking, so you couldn't get an uninterrupted swim without people getting in the way. The showers were also firing in very short bursts.

   Got a conjunctivitis (pink eye) infection the first time I went there to use the steam room and sauna. Changing rooms smelled like sewage, had days worth of hair and dust build up around the changing cubicle edges, showers were mouldy and all the floors felt like they had a film of slime. The receptionist I encountered was the friendliest I’ve come across in ages, and did everything she could to make me feel welcome but never once checked who I was and if I had paid to be there. I was not asked to sign any kind of forms, no emergency contact info, H&S nothing. Bottom line… it’s cheap, seems ok on the surface but really not worth it over all.

   Extremely poor. If a machine goes down, it will be down for months, they simply do not repair despite it only needing a cable and being a 30 minute job. The changing room smells, is dirty and in a state of disrepair as well, the gym staff are friendly enough but the reception desk are lazy and would not know the meaning of customer service, the management are worse still, arrogant and promoted beyond their capabilities, The best I can say is it is cheap, but I doubt it will stay so now the council are back in control. I was a member, no longer, better options in the area, all other gyms have by far a better rating

   Suzie at the gym reception provided exceptional service! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me with all my questions, even securing a better rate for me. Her patience in assisting me with the app and booking was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!

   Been a member since 2015. Love the atmosphere, the friendly staff. Always a lovely welcome. Big shout out to kayleighs body attack and spin class, Debbie's zumba and pilates. Fantastic instructors both of them .

   I have been a member for years. Enjoy aqua zumba and zumba. I like the music and dances. Like low circuits too. Started doing body pump and pilates. The classes are popular because they are always booked up

   A brilliant leisure centre, with plenty of classes and facilities to choose from. Helpful and friendly staff with an extra shout out to all reception staff, lifeguards and instructors. A big 'thank you' to Debbie for all her hard work and great classes...loving zumba, barbell pump, pilates, aquazumba and RPM!!

   Theres no wonder places like this end up going down the pan, like trying to get into Fort Knox just to go swimming with my daughter!! Don’t understand why you guys need so many of my details… Swimming is broken up into sessions, why?? On our first visit we weren’t informed of this and so we were kicked out of the pool after only 20 minutes. You can book adult swimming online but you have to ring up to book children’s swimming, thats if the phone gets answered…you also say locker tokens are 20p on your website but they are in fact £1. Don’t usually leave reviews, but it’s just mental how awkward you can make something as simple as going swimming.
