Loved it. Took my partner's son. Not overcrowded. Had lunch there in the cafe. Food was very good. Not over priced. Will definitely be going back.

We usually like going to Dimensions with our little one, but this time it was very cold. The water was freezing, and even the air felt chilly. My toddler had goosebumps and didnβt want to stay in the pool. We enjoy coming here, but as the weather gets colder, I donβt think weβll be able to go anymore unless the temperature improves.

Been before, itβs a good little pool to bring the kids to.. 2 stars though because good luck booking it. You have to turn up and hope for the best - website doesnβt let you book, takes you to an app. App requires a sign up with a monthly direct debit to create and account. Then when you ring the reception.. rang 7 times today, no answer.

The entry price would be reasonable if everything worked. None of the water jets worked, the tipping buckets or the jacuzzi jets so there wasn't much to do for the younger kids and they quickly got bored. The place was also dirty and needed a deep clean as black mould was visible. The cafeteria was fairly priced, and the staff pleasant. Next to the cafeteria is a large play area for kids. I would recommend waiting until the problems are fixed before going.

Brilliant little pool for kids of all ages, could do with a deep clean in the changing room and small pools. There was only two family changing rooms and one disabled so we found this a little difficult as a family of five with children with extra needs. The soft play could really do with a good clean but was fab for the kids whilst we queued.

Love the gym here, go all the time. But watch out for the many wet floor signs, random cones and buckets that are left all over the place to collect rain water from the leaking roof. This can be an absolute nightmare for a blind person who walks with a white cane, as you can imagine. Staff are lovely and helpful, if not for the help of the staff I would not be able to do my work outs as a blind person. STOKE-ON-TRENT CITY COUNCIL PLEASE SORT OUT THE LEAKING ROOF THAT MAKES IT A NIGHTMARE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE.

Alright for the kids. Better places available, surprises me that you have to pay for the carpark on top too and then the lockers take your 50p, with a one time opening system... Little rubbish... But again okay place for the kids and place music adding to the chilled vibe. No where to really swim though.

Good facilities and receptionist was very friendly and helpful with queries and equipment hire. Badminton courts were set up for us just before we arrived. Difficult to view prices online. Booking was easy on the phone. Quite low prices for hiring of sports courts.

Want to say it's horrible so you don't all turn up and make it crowded but.. its a great place with an equally great entry price. We go often, my children love it and I get to have a go on the dragon slide!! Clean, safe with a Costa outside.

It is good for kids and families but not really a swimming pool. The staff were nice and the water was really warm, which makes a change from Biddulph which is like swimming in an ice bath. Car parking is a pain as making people pay for parking is poor and this is why its 3 stars and not 4.
