The excellent coaching staff have nurtured her swimming interest and her confidence is growing all the time too. She has made some lovely friends and there is a great community atmosphere amongst the committee, parents and supporters at the club.”

“My daughter has been coming to Hannah for swimming for about a year now. When she first started she was unsure but Hannah and her staff were extremely reassuring and helped my daughter to settle. Since then she has come on leaps and bounds. She loves her swimming lessons and is now a confident swimmer without armbands and floats. All the staff are very patient and clearly care about the swimmers in their care. The extra mermaid classes in the school holidays are great fun. Excellent communication and clearly expectations in terms of payment of fees and holding of places. Definitely recommend.”

“Absolutely stunning little nature reserve on the outskirts of Sneyd Green. A variety of walks around the area with some recent repairs to paths and a footbridge making it all much more accessible. Large range of wildlife in the area makes for a serene walk with plenty to observe. There are connecting paths to other walks snd cycle paths so makes a great start or end to longer walks.”

“The previous negative reviews have focused too much on this place being ‘dated’. It’s not modern or posh. We didn’t use the gym. The pool facilities were amazing , spotlessly clean, warm pool and a proper hot jacuzzi. Sauna great. The natural light and views are great too. Ellie was lovely. Very helpful, friendly and engaging.”

Whether you’re punching through a tough Combat routine or pushing through reps in Pump, she creates an atmosphere that’s both motivating and inclusive. Since joining, my confidence has grown massively. I feel stronger, more capable, and genuinely excited to show up each week. Kellie’s classes have helped me push past limits I didn’t know I had—and I always leave feeling proud of what I’ve achieved.”

“My girls are first time swimmers and since starting with s4 swim school in September they have grown in confidence in the water and also made lots of improvements and are learning new skills to help them to learn to swim. My girls love their lessons on a Friday and all coaches are patient and friendly with all the children.”

“Excellent and very knowledgeable. Started taking my two dogs here years ago as I had a malamute who was putting on weight and was stubborn, my lab just went along for a play. Been going for years for dog swims, our malamute would need a harness on and would have to be held in the pool by staff to make him do his swim workout wheras our lab to this day just runs around jumping in after toys. All ended with a wash and blow dry at £40 for 2, great deal. My mum now takes her border for swim and groom, he was scared of groomers and would snap at clippers previously but he is fine going here for good all over trim, even pulls to get in when on the carpark. My lab also gets very excited when she knows she's going here so must be enjoyable for them too, I love just watching them and chatting to the staff about any dog health concerns I have, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks guys.”

“I took my two Grandchildren to their swimming lessons, as their Mum and Dad were away for the weekend. My impression was that M club is an excellent venue. The staff are friendly and helpful and the whole building is immaculate. Although I was not actually using any facilities, as far as I could see the range of gym equipment was massive and the pools were beautifully clean. There is a very large free car park and a cafe inside.”

“We stopped here for a short walk, picnic and a read in really peaceful surroundings. There were a few people walking around with their dogs that were having a fab time (and swim) in the lake. Occasional trains passing by but otherwise very quiet and a lovely hour spent here.”

“First time we have been, looks lovely as we had a look round, they do lots of classes but unfortunately for me the ones I would like to do are in the day and I work. We went aqua fit and we really enjoyed it and are going again if we can get in as we would like to go on a weekly basis, but the booking system as changed more as an advantage for the membership customers, but for us membership would cost more as there are no other classes that I would be able to do in the evening as previously mentioned.”

“A park quite fortunate enough to have a little bit of money spent on it. It's really nice and I go most days with my dog, the guys are always out maintaining the place and there isn't much litter (there shouldn't be any). I just hope they do something good with the boat house now that is has been refurbished. Great for families”

“A great local leasure centre serving the local community, the staff on site were extremely friendly and helpful and the swimming lessons that were offered were at a good price over the Easter holidays. My daughter was sad to finish them. I have put her on the waiting list for other lessons. Good amount of parking and the pool was very clean”

“Nice overall Gym & Spa Good selection of cardio, weights and machines to choose from. Sauna, steam room, spa and hydro pool. 23m swimming pool with loungers. Showers and changing rooms, lockers require a long reach in most of them, weird design but there are a handful of normal size locks that you can use smaller padlocks. Changing rooms do have hair dryers available. Additional parking is now available, free up to 4 hours next to the Ski slope opposite the gym.”

“Brilliant little pool for kids of all ages, could do with a deep clean in the changing room and small pools. There was only two family changing rooms and one disabled so we found this a little difficult as a family of five with children with extra needs. The soft play could really do with a good clean but was fab for the kids whilst we queued.”

“Clean pool and excellent temperature for swimming. It was disappointing to see some customers ignoring the no shoes in the changing room area.”

“Good for lane swimming in the evening. They have three sets of lanes fast, medium and slow. The slow lane is the widest and next to the steps.”

“Beautiful hotel, lovely and clean. Me my partner and our children stayed and it was so cozy. The staff are always polite and help with whatever you need. There are multiple shops within 5 minute walks from here and there are also multiple parks within 10-15 minute walks away.”
