Fabulous service. The guys installed my lovely hot tub with utmost respect for my property. It was a really tricky job for them as all entrances to the garden were tight but with patience they managed. Functions were explained clearly and they didn't leave until I was confident in its use. Would highly recommend Payne Leisure.
Really friendly family business would highly recommend, great products and advice and excellent after sales service. 3 years on and our hot tub is still one of the best things we've bought. We're now investing in a heat pump, which they are now supplying and installing.
We purchased an Arctic Spa hot tub from Ricky over 3 years ago, following a lovely visit to the showroom. We were very impressed by the knowledge and advice given and found Ricky and the team very trustworthy. The installation by the team was very professional and friendly, everything to do with the maintenance and chemicals was explained thoroughly. We have since purchased spa chemicals and accessories from them and found them to be very reasonable. On the odd occasion we have had to contact Ricky and the team for advice, we have always found them to be very helpful and have even visited to offer advice and assistance when needed. Purchased a second hand hot tub off e Bay and needed some chemicals and advice on first usage. Googled locally and so glad e. J Payne came up. From the moment I walked in I was greated with a freindly welcome and explained my requirements. The advice given was very helpful and no pushy sales to sell me stuff I didn't need. Will be returning and booking a service when ready. 10/10

Having looked for a Hot Tub for a few weeks we found this company on Facebook and started looking at all the Hot Tubs on their page, all the installs they had done and reading all the stories from all the happy customers, so we looked through their deals advertised on there and thought we had settled for a Hot Tub so I made contact with them via messenger and they called me to discuss our needs and options. 2 days later we decided to pay the showroom a visit and it was at this point we decided on a different Hot Tub to the original one chosen as the help and advice given was very informative. We went away to think about our decision, after all they are not cheap and within a few hours we decided to place our order. We finally settled on the FIJI. A date was arranged for delivery which was roughly a 5 week wait which worked for us. During this time a site visit was carried out to check accessibility etc and finalise the positioning of the Hot Tub. On the day of delivery, the staff arrived as they said they would at the time they said they would and got straight to work. The tub was positioned exactly where we wanted it. The instillation went without a hitch and we were walked through the control panel usage and it was set up completely ready for us to use once at the desired temperature. We were more than happy with all the information shared upon instillation. However during instillation, a scratch was noticed on the edge of the tub and we were assured they would send someone out to rectify this. A repair was carried out on the tub a couple of weeks later however the scratch was deeper than first thought therefore it was agreed a replacement hot tub would be issued. A new date was set for a second Hot Tub to be delivered. The staff team arrived exactly when they said they would and got to work straight away. The water from the original Hot Tub was pumped into a spa bag so we didn't have to start a fresh with chemicals and temperature (we only lost a couple of degrees during the instillation). A new Hot Tub was installed by lunchtime without a hitch. The team were very professional, and we are so happy we chose this company to work with. We are looking forward to may years of usage with regular Hot Tub servicing through E.J Payne. We thoroughly enjoy using our Hot Tub regularly. We highly recommend this company and Thank all the staff for everything they have done for us.
