    Absolutely appalling behavior from the manager. My child, who has autism, accidentally dropped sweets on the floor something I genuinely wasn’t aware of. Instead of speaking to me, the manager shouted directly at my child, leaving them distressed and overwhelmed. This was a minor accident, yet it was handled with zero empathy or professionalism. Only when I raised my voice did the manager suddenly realise he’d messed up two days before Christmas, no less. What made this even worse was that he then tried to offer reduced items, as if throwing discounts at me would make me forget what he’d just done. It felt like an attempt to hush the situation rather than take responsibility, which is honestly shocking.

    I won't be coming back here ever again and they only leave one staff on their own on a till the old manager was decent until he got pushed out of his job. That goes for the customers aswell if i was you i wouldn't shop here find another b&m store while you can you'll only get speaken rudely or won't get help as long as it benefits them. The funniest thing is they only in it for themselves honestly. I used to be a cleaner at that store who tried my best to get that store clean but i got pushed out of my job badly I was disliked by old coworkers people didn't like me there I got knipicked about my cleaning role also every women in that workplace had a issue with me having a conversation with every individual male coworker I had funny comment snide remarks attitude behaviour changing and even dirty looks. Be careful going into the store you man might get snatched by women. I also been hearing word for word I was insulted called all sorts of names and also been told every single coworker manager the whole store don't even like me they was only nice to me only out of pity.

    I won't be coming back ever again, there is always one person on a till . Shop is dirty selling out of date food calling pest control seen a rat bird seed all over by the entrance encourages rats. Health and safety will be called too neglected shop . Managers are so rude too

    Great shop for bargains. Can't go wrong with their items. For anyone interested they also stock the pistachio paste everyone is going 'nuts' over...pardon the pun. Staff are always great at the tills. Aisle staff is usually too busy to help locate items or check if anything is in stock, I should point out, not all! But most times I have asked about a specific item and it's 'just what's on the shelves' if that is true every time...then no complaints...

    Brilliant b&m branch. The staff here are always friendly and helpful and there's a good layout. As a Lego and action figure collector, the selection here is pretty good and usually kept quite tidy. As a tip, with any b&m store and not just this one, download the app! Anything you wish to purchase, give it a scan first, you might find the price is actually different to what is on display.

    Just like a normal B&M store with everything you need. Usually i do not post reviews but my first and only visit to this store will be the last one too due to the rude staff. First they forgot to give me my change and argued about that they give me my change. They went in the back to check and turned out they did not give me my change. Not a single apology and just kept on being rude.

    I always go here for cheap gluten free supplies, so I hope that's a permanent thing, and perhaps even introduce more. The toys selection is good as well and always has great offers around Christmas time Bring an extra bag with you, because I guarantee you'll buy more than you intend to! Staff are mostly friendly
