Staff very rude and unhelpful when dealing with parcels. Had to make more than 1 journey when clearly parcel was there all along but they would not check
I am only giving this shop 3 stars due to past experiences here with other workers. However, over the past few weeks a male worker has been incredibly rude to his colleagues and customers. He seems to be trying to intimidate his colleagues with causes an atmosphere in the shop. As for being rude to customers I was in the shop this afternoon when a customer was talking to him and he didn’t even look at them when answering them and his response was incredibly rude.
I'd give it less if I could. My partner went to the shop, and the customer service was extremely poor, they were talking on the phone whilst being served, and walked off with ID card as my partner my partner went to recieve a parcel. They also put the incorrect amount of Gas onto the top up card. (Putting more on than asked, obviously not listening as they were on phone to whomever) really disappointed and dissatisfied with the place, has gone downhill dramatically.
Changing from 3 to 1 stars after a visit the other day. Some of the kids behind the counter are so unbelievably ignorant. No hello, no thank you, no goodbye. Too busy talking absolute nonsense to their workmates to actually acknowledge a customer. Empty shelves, fridges not working. The place has really gone downhill. Your opening hours are wrong on Google too!
I used the PO inside One Stop. Lauren and her colleague (sorry didn't get his name), were both so very helpful with my return parcel. They both went out of their to help. I couldn't have asked for more. Well done both of you.
Went to the store the other day and was already an unpleasant experience, the manager was rude and provided horrific customer service, clearly not setting the standard that one stop claim to have for its employees, my mince was 4 months out of date, not a pleasant surprise when I went to cook my lasagne, this is hugely unacceptable and surely a health hazard, I’ll go Sainsbury’s from now on…
Today my son went to one stop a old lady grabbed a bar of chocolate and the shelf fell luckily she grabbed it just in time my son helped her at the time the manager walked past and did nothing to help.

Lived in the area a long time and the shop is run well by friendly, helpful staff. Could possibly have more staff on the tills to avoid long queues as it can get busy but happy shopping there for convenience. They put up some good offers too and opening times are really useful!
Staff need more training on product prices 6 times I have been charged incorrectly where 3 cans Barr pop should be 3 for £1 but I’ve been charged. 2 for £1.00 in crunching times like this every penny counts. Think I’m going to just stick to my local co op
