   Unfortunately not the best service from this company. Went in for a bumper repair and 3 wheel refurbs. Upon collection I noticed a large paint run about 3 inches wide on the bottom portion of the bumper (something that should have been checked prior to handing the car back to me). The owner of the company tried to repair it on the spot, but couldn’t as the paint was soft (it needed time to cure) 2 alloys weren’t restored the best either, where they left uneven surfaces, dings and scuffs still remaining. When I questioned the owner about this his first reply was “my son did them”. He agreed with what I highlighted and asked me to bring it back a week later, and give him the opportunity to sort it ALL properly. Which I was happy with. A week later he tried to polish out the paint run, but it wasn’t 100%. When asking for my opinion/ approval he didn’t like it and told me you’re inspecting it too much. He didn’t even bother with the alloys and changed his tone. Along with pointing out other issues on my car which weren’t relevant to the conversation or his scope of the job. Not professional at all. You can’t do a bad job/ make a mistake and then blame the customer for inspecting it more than other customers? You take ownership and do it properly regardless of the cost of materials and labour to yourself. That’s if you care about your business reputation. I hope others have a better experience.
