A special thanks to Debbie, who also gave me a near heart-attack!! She took valuable time to sort out the finer details on a watch because she had to get to the serial number etc. Then, she called me to say it was only worth £1K but then said she was joking and it was much more!! Awesome service and very friendly lady along with her staff!.

THE MANAGER YWONA IS HISEOUS. I can't believe the way she speaks to people. She just told me the shop closes in 5mins. I'd already waited 10 and was ignored when I asked the closing time for another customer behind me. My turn she refused to let me get my bullion out and then proceeded to serve the customer behind me. I said something and she shouted in front of x3 staff and x5 customers "YOU ALWAYS COME IN HERE ALL THE TIME" !!?? WTH IS SHE SAYING?? I HAVE £1000S IN THIS SHOP. I want an apology and a dicount for the lost day. I rode here n my bike. THE OTHER STAFF ARE GREAT. I love the store. Ywona is rude. Abnoxious. Enjoys damaging your fine, old jewellery and coins sovereigns , bullion bars. She smiles every time she damages my stuff Vile Very strange lady. Extremely Extremely rude. I have £1000s invested in this store and she is horrible

I had been dealing with a lovely women called iwona she helped me ever so much and she was so polite and helpful very well spoken she was amazing
I think the only people commenting in a bad way are the people who have been there with no ID and tried to get something from them or something of that sort. While I was in here this exact thing happened a lady came in with currency from her country, looked to be a big amount too. They couldn't accept her cuz they wanted ID then she started to get very mad had about 8 kids running all over the place and clearly up to something but my experience was fine and the reason in writing here is because I'm going again today. Thanks
Having read the previous emails I am pretty confused as to why people have gave this place such a bad rating. From my own personal experience I can confirm the fact this place is amazing! They staff here are so kind and professional especially a lady who works here called Deborah she attended to me today with warmth and the upmost respect. She made me feel comfortable from the instant I walked into the shop, she made me feel as if I was a long time friend she had known for ages. She really is a credit to the company and I hope she gets the recognition that she truly deserves. Another lady who I didn’t get the name of was also so sweet to me she done whatever it took also to make me feel comfortable. I was able to cash in a cheque with no hassle, and the cashing fee wasn’t expensive at all like other places I’ve visited in the past. I will definitely be returning here now all the time. I will recommend this branch to friends and family. Honestly this place is lovely , they will do all they can in their power to help you.
