My parents visited H&T on Ethel street today looking to get a chain for my sister’s birthday. They came home singing Amelia’s praises and were incredibly impressed with her customer service skills. Amelia went above and beyond for my parents and they said her service was like ‘being in a high end jewellers’. Even going to the effort to put it on a beautiful box with a note for her. I use to use pawnbrokers on bull st, use to speak to the staff but some of the staff came across as quite rude , the manager was nice but really didn't like the other staff , so thought I'd give the pawnbrokers on Ethel st a go , and I use this one all the time now . Staff are really nice and pleasent, I've always felt comfortable in this pawnbrokers. So will always use this store now , will never go back to bull st unless they change some of the staff but all the staff at Ethel st are really nice. Thanka
