A great local community shop. Which always has great customer service and makes you feel welcome. I have the pleasure of dropping of many packages for my business there with total ease and convenience. An without this shop alot of our post business would not get done in a quick process.
Rude. There till froze so they accused me of not paying despite recipe confirmation and bank evidence of transaction. Rude and confrontational about their own error.
I went to collect my evri parcel on 25th April 2025 9:30 pm. Bad Customer service, evri scanner did not work Two staffs were being racist! No basic training given on how to talk to customers!
Had Alma help me out with a UPS return. She was very patient and kind with the process. With staff like this, I will make sure I return here for some of my shopping in the future. Thank you for the help!

This is a long overdue review of our friendly local Nisa. We relied on them during lockdown. They were heroes keeping us all going and fed! And then there was the day I was taken ill in the shop and the staff could not do enough for me. I met with such kindness and gentleness that day. A seat, food, drink and a lift home. Thank you! You all work so hard and you change people's day with a smile. You are at the heart of our community. Karen Jones

A good local store for a small shop I'm often surprised to be able to get things there I have forgotten or haven't been available at the supermarket. Always well stocked. However some items are overpriced particularly the vegetables which are extortionate considering the poor quality they are often well passed their best and sometimes rotting on the shelf but no-one bothers to remove them.
*Rude to customers: Most staff are indirect and rude to customers for some reason, gossiping about customers whilst serving other customers very unprofessional and upsetting to hear. Out dated food: Expired food sold at this store which is disgusting I’m not sure on whether they don’t do date checks or if it’s not done due to laziness from staff? Overall If I could rate this store a 0/5 I would but unfortunately I have to give it that one star that’s not even worth it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here also as social distancing isn’t stressed in this store.
Very bad customer service! You won't get offered big carrying bag when you shop for large heavy shopping and if you ask for a big carrying bag they will give you nasty look although it's not free and your paying for it! Fruits smells are unbearable and sometimes will see flies flying over them, you will see mould fruits on sale. They over price alot as well. You will see out dated can foods on shelves. Clearly out laws.
