   These are terrible for customer service. Was treated like a second class customer as was collecting a parcel that was delivered there. I had also purchased items from the shop after waiting in the queue to be serviced for buying items and asking for the parcel. They took my money for the purchase and then told to wait while they serviced the other customer behind me. They serviced that client and was expecting them to then go and get the parcel. Instead he went to call another customer over from the other queue to service instead of getting my parcel. I had already waited in queue to be serviced myself and was being told to wait longer before they would get parcel. This is not acceptable. Older Asian man was extremely rude. He made it sound like I was a shop lifter and was making him leave the sales floor so the shop could be robbed. They had other staff there and was working by the door seeing who came in and out.

   Prices are a bit inflated, biscuits especially as they charge extra 0.5p to 0.10 pence more approximately for a box. I also spend more than I want to half the time because I’ve forgot cash and they charge a minimum £3 for card when you can go in someplace like Asda and spend 12p on a banana and pay by card. I think a £1 minimum spend is more appropriate

   Awful customer service rude staff, been using this place for years to drop off my Hermes parcels. Old woman behind till looks like she smokes 400 a day. Creates an issue saying my parcels are to big and made the driver start refusing to take them.

   Always good deals, most of the main staff are great people. Went there at 8 minutes to 11 tonight to find they're closing early, fair do's but I only wanted a bottle of pop, wouldn't even give me one through the door after I'd skipped other shops on the way back to go to my local. Annoyed.

   This place has been observed on numerous occasions to receive its deliveries during the morning rush hour. The driver of the lorry has been observed to park it within the junction with traffic lights causing an obstruction which in turn causes tailbacks all the way back to the bypass.
