   One of the worst shops I've ever witnessed in my life I gave it a chance this morning being as it was supposed to be open at 6, walking distance from mine instead of getting in the car and driving the opposite direction Walk there in -2 just to see a closed shop, while walking back I speak to a old man who looked like he was going there too, which he was, he explains to me it's never open at 6 I will NEVER ever visit here again, the last time I came the girl was rude to be behind the till and now I've wasted half an hour of my morning for nothing m

   Disgusting rude staff who openly swear in front of children, especially a lady called Netti. I think if i was white Netti would of given me a smile and asked how i was like the person in front of me. I have also ordered from here via uber when I was ill and there is always somthing missing.

   Just like to say thank you to Elijah who assisted me today. He was patient at the self-checkout as it wasn't working correctly. Elijah was doing 2 jobs at once with no complaining just smiles. Elijah Evan asked if I wanted help to my car when he got the door for me. 4 STARS is only for Elijah. Credit to you young man. Thank you again.

   Terrible customer service! Last night, after a 7-hour flight, I quickly popped in to this One Stop a buy a few bits. After leaving once completing my purchase, I turned right back around as I realised I forgot to buy one item, something I REALLY needed. The time was around 9:40pm and this One Stop closes at 10pm, and I know for a fact as I shop here regularly. As I went to re-enter the shutters began to close in my face and the customer assistants who could see me ignored me as I tried to signal that I needed to reenter. As the shop was not due to close until 10pm, I continued knocking and calling to them, I even had to get on my knees which was extremely uncomfortable due to post-flight swelling and pain and a disability. I continued trying to wave at one of the customer assistants in the shop while on my knees just to my shock to see them looking, pointing and laughing at me. I desperately continued to knock for 5 minutes longer until they eventually opened the shutters and allowed me to enter. Once I did and purchased my item I was met with an attitude from the server. I’d understand if the shop was closed but it was 20 minutes until closing when I turned back. This is completely unacceptable behaviour and customer service and I am not pleased. I’m so exhausted from my flight and journey home just to receive such poor treatment after a long day! Not happy!

   Customer service is lovely in this shop, I don't have anything to say about that, but I always get over charged in this shop shelf says one price you go to the till its another price and always more. Im so mad its the closest shop to my sons school something quick needed, im fed up of this. They never update their tills. Only shop here if you have to and make sure to add your items up before you get to the till, or they will rip you off!!!

   Its well stocked and i could always rely on getting gluten free essentials, but now there gone. Yet again i have nowhere locally to get cakes, bread or any other basics, could you i imagine if your locsl shop stopped selling bread? Given a lot of gf bread has long shelf life its rediculous

   Usually very efficient and welcoming. 99% of staff are excellent and friendly, realising how important it is to be friendly in a busy local convience store. However, there is a member of staff I dread being on as she comes over very brusque.
