The ladies in the shop are really nice. But there is a bloke there who is so rude. Rude everytime . I understand poundland may not be the glamorous job you hoped for! But its a job! Take a leaf out the ladies book. So lovely and welcoming! The only reason I go back
Why close at 6pm now. B4 it was 6.30pm
Usually no problems at all but I have to say I don't appreciate being served by a sick colleague coughing her guts up the whole time into her hands then continuing to touch all my items, using dirty tissues from her pocket then again no sanitiser or anything just straight back into scanning, felt like walking out without my items!
Looks much better with the rearranged aisles however the range of items within each section has reduced greatly. For example the DIY items available are very limited.
Good variety was stuff. I don't know why they call it Poundland because most things are over a pound. But you can still get some bargains.
I always shop from here its near my work place staff are helpful. Shop is well stocked and the security guard always welcomes me without a miss!

Nice & tidy but some of the shelves were abit sparse.
Really big shop with lots of stock, plus the Pep & co clothing range. Lots of things are now over £1, but still cheaper than other stores. Defo a good place to pop into for toiletries, sweets and snacks.
