   One of the worst companies. Do NOT insure your taxi/car with these guys. I had been waiting for my refund of over £700 and my no claims certificate for 4 months. I was chasing them up constantly with no help. It's surprising they are running their company while being FCA regulated as I put a complaint through TWICE which they did not even acknowledge.

   Awful company, trust me don't get your car/taxi insured with them. I got into an accident early in the morning at 7 and called them to make a claim multiple times and made a report. the lady on the phone told me RAC will be contacting me and they still haven't, its past 4pm. When I called them about the problem they kept on giving me different numbers to call, however when I did they wouldn't even answer. I ended up fixing my car privately which costed me a lot. Honestly waste of money, don't bother wasting thousands of pounds with them doing the same mistake I have done.

   Trying to cancel my policy, for the 29th June ive paid 2 instalments and on the 12th August they quote £339 to cancel, no comprehensible breakdown other than we can lower your monthly by £4. Been a with them 4/5 years and can now see the reason for the negative reviews. Few of the staff have been brilliant over the years

   I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I was sold a car insurance policy without being told that it required a driving tracker linked to my phone. This was never explained during the sales call or shown clearly in the documents I was sent. If I’d known, I never would have agreed to it. I only found out after the policy started—when I received instructions to install and connect the app-based tracker. By then, I was tied into the contract and would have had to pay to cancel. I contacted customer service to complain and was basically told there was nothing they could do. No one took accountability for the misleading information. It feels like they trick you into a cheap quote and hide the conditions until it’s too late. AVOID!!! Avoid this company unless you want to be misled and stuck with a policy that doesn’t suit your needs.

   Came across insurd on a comparison site. Needed some adjustments doing to the policy. Originally talking to Peter who got things rolling and Natalie finalised everything. Couldn't be happier with their service. Great to speak to. Realistic and efficient. Would have no hesitation recommending to anyone.
