Ordered earrings from their website. Their timescale is 4-7 days at the moment for delivery. I'd been looking for the large size earrings they sold as I had the rest of the set and could only find small studs elsewhere. After 4 days, I messaged, basically to check someone had picked up the order as the shop was closed. They told me they found out that the earrings have now been discontinued but they contacted the manufacturer and convinced them to make me a pair, which would be delivered to me the following day (which they were). Now if that isn't service over and above the norm in this day and age, I don't know what is. A total 5* performance, my earrings are beautiful and I'm very grateful to them. I highly recommend this company.
Today I visited this lovely jewellery shop to purchase a 21st birthday present. My dog too was made to feel very welcome & we were left to browse before looking at our interested items to make are decision. The owner of the store was lovely she tried the necklace on do we could see how it looked on. I have shopped in store a few times & have loved my purchases. Such a lovely jewellery store, beautifully set out and a true gem (excuse the pun! ) Purchased a beautiful watch for my birthday and it was quite difficult to choose as all the jewellery is gorgeous. The store has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and that is down to the two ladies who run it. They were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to friends and family and I will definately be returning. Thankyou for your help and assistance
