   My little girl really wanted her ears pierced, and despite 2 ultra-nervous failed attempts before with one being at this store, we went back in today for attempt number 3. Kerry & Katie were so patient and friendly to my daughter and really helped keep her calm, and we got it done. I've got a very happy little girl.Thanks to you both. A credit to the company

   Amazing customer service, My daughter was wanting her ears peiced but because of her autism,adhd ect. She was very nervous and scared about the whole thing. Well yesterday she asks again can I have them done please, so I call them before hand and explained everything about the situation nothing was too much trouble, I asked about if they could do both sides at the same time they said they could today as there was two staff that was trained in today. Took my daughter and she watched a few kids getting there 2nds done. Am glad they didn't cry or show any emotions other than smiling. While waiting they allowed her to look around the store. On mu daughters turn, they gave her time to decide which pair she would like ( my daughter has DLD). She choose and told the lady she was nervous. The lady was really good with her and explained every step,, when it came to it my daughter was being distracted by me and the lady's counted upto 3 and it was done. My daughter was happy she got some items for when she can change them. They was brilliant kept checking with her and making sure she was happy at every step. Thank you ladies for making this experience perfect for my daughter.

   Absolutely fantastic service today - we normally go to Meadowhall as it's closer but will definitely go to the Crystal Peaks store in the future. I wish I had asked for the woman's name who helped us, as she went the extra mile to ensure my daughter was happy and it's honestly some of the best customer service I've ever received. Will be back for sure!

   I bought some small gold hoops, but I could barely open them, definitely couldn’t open them enough to put them in my ears. When I then went to put them back on the packet to take back they wouldn’t close. When I took them back I was told I couldn’t have a refund even though they’re not fit for purpose, I was told others had returned them too yet were told they could only have a replacement set - which is ridiculous. These earrings are completely useless. I asked the assistant to call the manager, and whilst on the phone asked the assistant to try to close them - she couldn’t. Not happy at all that I couldn’t get a refund - I took a voucher instead. They shouldn’t be on the shelf!!! See photos - don’t but them.

   Person who served me was pushy. I went to buy one item for daughter and a offer of 3 for 2 was on but I only wanted one and was told daft to buy one when I could have 3 but I had no need for 3 amd she huffed at me and while in there she followed my daughter around watching her like she qa about to steal something made us both uncomfortable to point I nearly didn't buy anything. I was aware of the offer and I've worked in retail myself and know staff are told to promote but not to the point they feel they have too and feel bad for not buying. I'm a disabled single mum I had enough for the one item I went in for not two even if u got a 3rd free and I was made to feel bad. So I won't be going back into this peticular store again.
