Couldn't be more helpful. I had a problem with a broken part of a filter pump, which was bought from another supplier, they looked into it, rang me back to say they'd found a replacement part and couldn't have done any more. Thank you.
Very helpful, and know their stuff. Got lots of advice on building my pool.
Bought a pool filter pump and pressure dropped after a week. After sales is shocking. Dont ring back. Had to call at the shop and still couldn't solve the problem. Sent videos and pictures to assist but again no response. Returning the pump tomorrow. Would never use again.
