I had reason to phone this store and I spoke to a lovely man named Warwick. He was very polite and helpful. When I returned to the store he dealt with my query straight away in the same polite and helpful manner. Excellent customer service from him, thank you Warwick
This is not a Co-op Group Store, your membership card, offers, pricing etc. do not work here. It's unnecessarily confusing... Can you imagine if Tesco had a different Clubcard scheme for each region! It's otherwise a quiet shop with everything you could need. Parking is a bit tight & can get busy during peak school hours (the school entrance is literally nextdoor) and could do with some parking enforcement.
First and last time. I Will never shop there again. I was there with my friend and her 2 grown up children buying meal deals. When we were approached by a member of staff mite of been the manager not sure. Asking us if we was all together and that we was all buying stuff ..which we was. but not sure why we were being asked this in a aggressive way.. and being made to feel uncomfortable . I found this women very offensive and rude. And It was so uncalled for . If this is how a coop staff member treat there customers.. then maybe coop should consider sending there staff on a training course to learn good manners and respect as this member of staff cleared lacked in both.

Lots of choices, food quality too. Has bakery, coffee machine, offers warm snacks and breakfast rolla. Generally well stocked and has self service checkouts too. Inside is modern and welcoming but parking is a little tight.
Very pleasant & helpful staff, always greeted with a smile. Edited...lockdown period. A big thank you from myself, your reward should be priceless.
Tracy is the highlight of my mornings when I stop in on the way to work. She always greats you with a smile and a querky joke. Always puts me in a good mood!
