   Your security guard is point blank rude i have no idea how he’s still working there following kids around and mothers with prams it’s disgusting honestly he needs to get a grip it was the same when he worked at the one up to the top of the highstreet. you wonder why there’s always teenagers kicking off on him maybe because he can’t sort his behaviour out

   What an amazing lady Rojin is. She was on her own working the check out then started used two check outs at the same time to move the queue down. She was very helpful, professional, friendly, proactive and kept smiley throughout. She's a credit to your organisation. I left my wallet behind by mistake and only found out when I got home. I tried to call the store several times but no answer and when I went back to the store after a few hours and found she had kept it under the till for me. Made my day. Will also shop here now. Thank you so much Rojin

   My son bought a remote control car for £7, I didn't expect much for the price, but at least it would keep him busy for a few days. But it only worked for a minute or two. It was nice while it was working though. My son returned it without any trouble and got a refund. As for the staff, he told me that he dealt with 2, one was not helpful at all and tried to brush him off, while the other took over and tried to help as much as possible.

   There's a smell and if you spend more than 15 minutes inside you're clothes will smell like it. It smells like raw sewage and when you first walk in its hits you really hard and hot and if you're not ready you might throw up. It's been like this for a month or two and nothing has been done about it.

   Some bargains to be had in the sales section of men's clothing but my shopping experience was ruined by a security guard asking me if I need a basket. Obviously he was just letting me know that he is about, giving me a warning not to steal. I earn much more than he could possibly earn in his job role and I have enough money in my pocket to pay his wages for 2 months. I swear I will not shop in this branch again as I do not want to be insulted when shopping

   Almost everything you need in one place. Wheelchair friendly. Helpful staff. Good layout. NO TOILET though. Happily Toilets next door in the church when open. Competitive prices. Can recommend this place.

   I mean poundland is poundland but I bought a birthday banner from there and the word birthday was spelt incorrectly. We did laugh about it, and some said 'what do you expect', but come on, is that really too much to ask?
