Very Professional and good customer services
I have been using protect Commercial for my clients Landlord and commercial insurance for over 2 years now and never had an issue. The team are very pleasant, helpful and knowledgable. Any issues I do have and I am able to pick up the phone and get it sorted right away. I will continue to use protect and recommend them to all my colleagues and contacts.
They are willing to take money with ease but then refuse to pay out when you make a claim. Don't bother calling them and emailing them because they will take ages to get back to you. Poor company. Avoid if you don't want to get scammed.
