As other reviews have suggested - Painfully unprofessional! From no response to emails to calls being hung up on from the owner Margaret - I would avoid using this company at all costs
The staff here are great. We left something at the cottage we stayed at and they contacted us and made special arrangements so we could retrieve it. First off the cleaners located the item, second they realized the importance of it and everybody helped us sort things out. I can’t praise them enough.
The Cottage Team have been managing my property for a few years now. Cannot fault them. Reviews from guests are great, they are always fast to respond and incredibly helpful. When the cottage does run into problems, they are always there to help make the it right. Couldn’t ask for more.
Painfully unprofessional and toxic. Management bully their staff, speaking down to them constantly, showing no respect or care, they do not deserve their staff or customers. My list is endless for why you should avoid this business, if you can call it that. If I could give this 0 stars I would. There are companies out there who care about what they do, how it is done, and their employees, this is not one of those! Avoid this place at all costs.
the most toxic work place imaginable disgusting management, toxic workplace and no sense of how to run a business. Not worth any amount of money to be put through what you are. Stay away!! So many people left during my employment because of how badly they were treated by the owners. small business that does not deserve to be up and running. Disrespectful owners with anger issues and no sense of empathy or emotion towards their workers.
