Didn't want to give no stars but you have to beable to post review , went 29th November for strong enough Cher evening, went into ice breaker for something to eat before show . Ordered 2 pizzas and fries and 2 small cokes, and paid money , after waiting over 35 mins for food to arrive, went to find out where it was to be told they had given it to another table, not sure if they had ordered or paid ? . To then be told running out of topping for pizzas. I asked for my money back to my card to be told I could not have money back it's not there policy, I could have money in drinks which I refused, asked for manager, again told could not refund money, manager then said they would phone me Monday, 1 call monday as I was due at a appointment so could not wait on call asked them to phone me back in 30 mins , private number they called from , didn't phone back . I'm still waiting for nearly £30 refund never using dome ever again and won't be recommending them

Went to see a tribute show here as a friend was singing backing. Was surprised how big it was lots of seating to watch the show. Loads of parking easy access only down side very expensive drinks....... hence i took a water with me

We've recently visited to see a show 'Rhythm of the Dance' An ideal location and accessible for all including wheelchair users if required. Enjoyed the show which was suitable for all ages.

Great ice rink. Two circular-ish pads which are joined by slight ramps, which adds an extra dimension to the skating experience. Was quiet on bank holiday Sunday afternoon. Skate hire is included in the price, but spectators are £4, just to watch!!!

Place itself deserves 4 stars as it is not bad. Good ice skate area, small indoor play area for kids and decent swimming pools with slides for all ages. It could be nice day out but staff that worked there (2 girls on tube slides - top and bottom) firstly allowed my 5 year old to go on tube slides after 1st time on deeper one my son was told that he can't go on it. So we wanted to go on shallow slide but at the top we have been told he is not allowed to go there to, after going back down we have been told that he is fine on that one just to be told again upstairs that he isn't. We'll thanks to lack of communication and knowledge of staff my day and my kid was not as good.

We had lots of fun here and there is lots to do but what let it down was the accessibility as my husband struggled to get around. Myself and the 2 kids loved all the slides, the lazy river and the hot tubs. The pools were warm and fun.

This was a grand centre to go swimming at, where the suitably coloured signs provide clear directions to the pool and the staff ensured everyone had entered correctly. A big splash session at the pool is priced cheaply at £7.50 per person and the experience was amazing, featuring three different slides that included a duo one, though my favourite was the red dragon since it was a direct fast slide with epic curves and lighting! Other special areas were the two hot tubs and the outdoor swimming around a replica rock, the latter of which gave the rarity of rapids. The changing rooms were clean, tidy and well-organized with the appropriate facilities, where I made my way to down a spiralling staircase! I was able to pick up a Feast ice lolly at the centre, sold for a reasonable price under £2. Went here for a second time and loved it again, showing the swimming sessions are consistent!

Went to see Morrissey at Donny Done. Not a very good venue for live music I'm afraid. I don't think I would go again. It's a multi-purpose venue & lacking in atmosphere. Also really poorly laid out which means the view is terrible unless you are at the front. The queues for drinks were crazy - I had to wait 30 minutes to be served. I wouldn't visit again for a gig xxx

Absolutely fantastic place ! My 6 year old didn’t want to leave ! I still think Sandcastle Waterpark in Blackpool is superior for anyone looking for a day out with family but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wondering if they should visit. The staff were absolutely fabulous , very friendly and would highly recommend this place
