Horrific service - ordered online, both milkshakes spilt into the bag, just eat driver left the package outside the door, no ring or bell. Called restaurant they refuse to take accountability.
Ordered at 8.10pm. Told order would be with us about 9 9.20 and our food still hadn't arrived. Rang up and was told food would be another hour or so! I decided to cancel and asked for a refund They said they couldn't give me my money back as it was too complicated and they would deliver the next night, with a waffle as compensation.! Then I read the reviews...and there was no way I was having a meal off them. Got in touch with Wrexham Eats and they gave me a full refund (Renee was awesome) Steer clear of this place.
No idea of opening times !!! Nothing posted ??. Bit Amateurish if you can't give your opening times?!?! so I will post again if I ever try the goods having driven there for a take away for the family. Went to KFC instead . Your loss guys.
Ordered at 9.10pm boyfriend rang again at 10.25. We were told it was busy and would be delivered at 11pm. Already a red flag. 11.30 comes and goes, repeatedly ring them to be met with no answer or line busy, 2nd red flag. 11.50 boyfriend gets a call from the delivery driver they cant find us, he directs them and on arrival its 3 people in the car with a cant be bothered attitude! 3rd red flag. Finally starving and tired sit down to eat almost 3 hours after ordering and the food is cold! Final red flag. Abysmal service and quality. Will never order from here again.
Took 2 hours to get here, wrong drinks, cheap buns for the burgers and they tasted vile, chips were soggy and the nachos had sweet chilli sauce all over them?? Nearly £30 for that is horrendous
The only smoke house I have ordered from where the meat is most certainly not smoked! The rib meat was hard and tasteless, no rub at all, and had to fight to get the meat. the chicken wings were dry and over fried with half a jar of sauce. The bbq sauce was obviously bought in bottled and completely saturated all the food. Its another reason we don't eat from wrexham food places. If you want real smoked food, i advise hickories or deadwood.
Great place with excellent food, service and value for money, have been in for breakfast and a dinner from the steak menu and also used the delivery for takeaway. Everything was spot and well recommended.
