   There are 2 ladies that work together, so they charge in man hours and insisted I paid for 4 hours a week but we're here 2 hours which was £60 which I just didn't feel was necessary as I live alone and it isn't a busy household and it's only a small house. My mother lives in a large 7 bed home and was paying less for her weekly clean ! They'd arrive when they wanted and started to leave when they wanted to. I am extremely unwell with a chronic illness & therefore vulnerable person, and I felt they were taking advantage of me having me paying £60 a week to then leave 30mins early which then I was paying £15 for nothing on a regular basis !!! When I brought this to their attention they were furious with me & accused me of lying but before I did bring it to their attention it had happened on at least 6 separate occasions which had been recorded on my cameras. While they're were on my property they were never off their phone and if I walked into my kitchen they'd be eating & chatting. The level of their cleaning was also disappointing they seemed to use one wet cloth for everything and nothing but the bathroom every smelt like it had been cleaned, also a lot was missed when I moved things & not every room was done each time mainly my little utility room. I found the whole experience very overwhelming, upsetting, unnecessary & extremely expensive as they continually put their price up, £10 in less than a year ! I have know found a cleaner that does a better more thorough job for £22 per week & I can't believe that I paid so much money for a substandard job where I was taken advantage off just because they felt I was vulnerable and got so nasty when I nicely brought the issue I had to their attention.
