   Amazing! I couldn’t believe it was the same guy that cleaned my carpets 10+ years ago and I lost your contact details - you did just as good a job today as you did then. I have a chocolate lab who likes to rub on everything and I’m super happy with the results after your clean! Professional service.    I cannot recommend Matt highly enough - he is a perfectionist and his work is of the highest quality. It’s now 5 months since he brought our Kardean floors back to life - they are as good as new - in fact before Matt did his work we were considering replacing the flooring - it had been down 13 years. He is quite simply the best - we will definitely be having him back although the way the floor is staying looking so good it might be a while! Thanks again Matt - there ought to be more people like you - high standards and top quality work.

   Matt did a superb job of stripping and dressing our newly installed Amtico flooring. Following the installation, there were streaks left on the flooring, presumably some residue solvent. Matt has brought the flooring to a new level, where we can finally call it “new”. Matt did a perfectionist job using all genuine Amtico detergents, and we have absolutely no doubt that we will want him back annually to re-dress. We also had all our carpets cleaned, which has stain spots from probably a decade ago, which Matt has brought to life, and pretty much removed all the stains - whilst Matt cautioned that there were no guarantees of stain removal, the carpets look amazing. Matt was also very considerate; my wife and I are both disabled and Matt helped us get around the house whilst he was moving from room to room, moving and putting back chairs and tables which was much appreciated. When you are spending a lot on new Amtico it deserves looking after, and Matt is the person to go to - very highly recommended

   My carpet was filthy after being layed 7 years ago and 3 dogs later....I decided to see how well they would clean rather than jumping in and buying new and boy am I glad I did! I am so pleased with how Fabricmax have left them and will definitely call on them again! Not only did they do a great job, they were very accommodating and very pleasant. It was clear they take pride in their work which is always a plus!

   We needed our carpets cleaned as we purchased a property. Communication with Matt was excellent and he arrived on time as per agreed time and date. Matt advised on what they will do and provided advice as well on how we can keep our carpets in a good condition following the cleaning.    This is the second time I’ve used FabricMax. Excellent friendly service from beginning to end. Very fast response to my quote request. Arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I had got a puppy since I last had the carpets done and so I knew there were various ‘accidents’ that had stained and smelled awful. Matt was super tactful about this to limit my embarrassment! Chuffed to bits with the result, I will most definitely continue using them. Thank you Matt!

   We’re really happy with the services provided by Fabricmax and we would totally recommend their services! My carpet was full of dust (and hair), which normal vacuum cleaners were not able to remove. Matt and Kate did a great job: my carpet and sofa now look brand new (though it is a bit hard to see in the pictures). They carefully cleaned tough spots, like under the bed and on the sides of the sofa. Matt was very helpful, particularly because we live in a flat, where is more difficult to bring his equipment. They arrived on time, and both of them were very friendly and efficient (they finished quicker than I expected!). It is also worth mentioning that they were very careful with Covid regulations. They were using masks and gloves all the time and kept a distance from us as much as it was possible, which we really appreciated. We are definitely hiring them again when the services are needed!
