Horrible customer service. No manners at all and how to talk to customers. Rude doesn’t even deserve one star
Filthy, utterly filthy, washers had thick dirt around the inside of the doors - I used 2 machines and a whole bottle of disinfectant. The top where washing powder etc is added was thick with black mould. When I pointed out the dirt and mould I was told it isn't a problem as it doesn't touch the clothes!! If that's the visible dirt, what the hell disgusting state are the washers in ? They need regular deep cleaning. Used to be a really good, clean launderette.
Not worth one star. Washers absolutely filthy, thick layer of dirt around inside of washer doors ( I used 2). Mould where you put detergent in etc at top - lid of compartment had a thick layer of black mould. I showed lady both and all I got was that the clothes don't touch it ( mould & dirt).

Convenient, plenty of washers and dryers, friendly staff. Dryers are great size and dry clothes super quickly.

Woman on a Sunday has the worst customer service! Closes at 6pm but if you arrive after 5.15 she has a horrible attitude. Refuses to give change because she has already cashed up. Incredibly rude woman.
Horrible customer service, had my wife's jacket dry cleaned. Advised that they may not be able to do it but told her that they will contact her back, they advised to sign a slip so she doesn't need to come back in. After a few days late she got a call saying pick up the jacket. Went in and the jacket is ripped and shredded, after chatting to the person behind the desk who was rude said that she signed the eaver so we have to pay and take the away jacket . They would not give me a number to ring and talk to the owner. Never using this shop again. Worse thing ever. That jacket was a sentimental garment and it's ruined. Please do not use this horrible shop and it's horrible owners.
Very good and and plenty of machines. It does get very busy of a weekend so do not leave it until last thing to go. Also as at the time of writing this (Nov 2021) for drying, stay clear of 4 the dryers to the right. They work but feel cooler and so require a little more time to dry.
Had an emergency where one of my kittens had decided to wee on the double duvet. Had no idea this place was still about. Last time I used this place was with my parents in the 90s. So thankful it's still here, would have been buying a new duvet! Friendly man, showed me which machine to use etc. Great service.
