   Great chippy, only downside side is they don't take cards. Had cod and chips (takeaway not the cafe), really generous portion for £8.20. Fish was delicious and lovely crisp batter, chips were good too. Short wait while the fish was cooked fresh. Staff very friendly. Would definitely eat here again of we're in the area, and would recommend

   This place has the best fish well done,affordable price, friendly staff,I didn't wait for too long to be served though its busy. The place is clean that's most important that will keep me going there again,they provide both takeaways n eat in with plenty of tables to accommodate as many pple as possible.    Popped in on a craving for chips. Had a sit down in the restaurant. It took longer than expected for a single small portion of chips, but they were the best I've ever had. Amazing quality and great value too. The place itself was very clean and staff were very polite. Felt very welcoming too. Really enjoyed it and definitely will go again.

   Can be busy, however, that's a good sign. Good traditional food on offer at very good prices. Good sized portions and the staff take your order at the table and are helpful if you require anything whilst you are eating (more bread and butter, sauce, etc) Will definitely go back.... Why! Because I found the choice,s on the menu and seeing the portions other people had looked tempting. I have eaten in a few places in the town and this has to be the best at the moment.
