3 times ive tried to give them bags of stuff and been told they are not accepting any donations no sorry or thanks just rude wont be going again
Well, where do I start, phoned sue Ryder to arrange for them to collect some bunk beds got told the men would only collect not take then down, when they came to collect them they would not take them because we had taken them down what a waste off time
Wish it was in a more convenient location instead of outta town, only time I go in is after swinging by at B&Q
Where does Sue Ryder hire their staff from? Unfortunately they are not adequately trained in customer service at all. They buzz around the till area similar to flies around something on the bottom of your shoe. They don't want to be asked any questions and can't wait for you to exit the shop! The best part of visiting this store is leaving it....
I went in today to donate some clothes. I won't be doing that again, that's for sure, I certainly won't be going into that particular branch again. Thinking I was doing them a favour, I'd saved the coat hangers. Firstly I was asked about gift aid, and when I said sorry I'm retired, I got a "huffy" OK. Then I said "I've saved you the coat hangers", well, I was made to feel like a naughty child! "We don't take coat hangers!". Not the end of the world, but ,the two volunteers made me feel like I shouldn't have been there at all. They didn't even say thank you! It's not what you say or do it's how you make me feel.....
