Don’t donate your items here. I called ahead to confirm they were accepting donations and was met with a tone that made it seem like my call was an inconvenience. Despite that, I still brought in our items the next day, many of which were designer women’s clothing and baby clothes, only to be told they weren’t accepting donations. I explained that we had called in advance and were told to bring them in today. The staff then reluctantly said, “Fine, we’ll take them this time,” as if they were doing us a favor. The whole interaction felt disrespectful and unappreciative. I told my husband we will never donate here again. There are plenty of places that will value both the items and the people donating them.
