   Ordered from Crunch on Saturday evening, not for the first time, previous orders were fine. Saturday the food arrived cold, we had to put the oven on and re heat everything which kind of defeats the object of a takeaway. We rang to explain how we were disappointed that the food was cold, where the manager was lovely and very apologetic, in fact offering the same order the following night. Give us a call and we will send a duplicate order for free, and it will be hot. We wasn't expecting this, but was grateful of his offer. Tonight. 16:20 we rang. Only to be told by the 'kitchen worker' no. This was not what he had heard. So even though the burgers are very tasty - hence the two stars. The service was poor, cold food and having spent over £20. We felt let down. Won't be ordering from here again.

   Ordered the slow mo burger and peri peri fries. What can I say but WOW. the burger was amazing, the fries were tasty, a little too much seasoning on for me so I added a bit of sauce. Can’t wait to try the other burgers. Delivered within the hour and the food was hot.

   Placed an order for delivery on the app, but got a phone call to say they did not deliver that far, and could i collect. We settled for a later delivery slot and an added delivery charge. Food arrived hot and tasty, although I was extremely disappointed to find that I had paid nearly five pound for a ferrero roche cheesecake and this arrived a plain vanilla cheesecake.

   I had the fryday buttermilk chicken burger and my husband had the crunch burger, got to say the best burgers we've had in a long time. We also got cheese chips which were really good but couldn't eat them all as the burgers were filling. Definitely recommend.

   Food arrived lukewarm which I see is a theme from reading reviews, wish I had read them before ordering. Boxes were open, chips soggy, just looked horrible. We could not eat, maybe could have tried if was hot, bite of my burger was disgusting. First time complaining about a meal but was really not happy with the service. Have contacted restaurant to ask for refund twice. No response, even a gesture or apology would have been appreciated. Advise to avoid especially delivery.

   Ordered via Warrington eats. Before food arrived, called to advise the drinks we ordered were not available and offered alternatives. Food was originally 45 minutes after expected 45 minute delivery time. Additional notes on order were ignored and food arrived with cheese on. And chips were cold. Called restaurant to advise them, and they sent out a new burgers which again took a while to arrive. Just finished eating 2.5 hours after they should have originally arrived. It’s a big shame as the food actually tasted very good when we finally ate it!

   We had a lovely meal and the staff was excellent, the meal was greatly presented and fresh. Great chef who came to great us at the table which was a very much appreciated. Can't fault a thing 100% in my view.
