Worst communication ever. Initially they accepted my request and confirmed that they can do the job. Later ignored all my messages and calls to agree on the date. They even have the time to change the whatsapp profile picture but don't even reply to the messages in there. Don't even bother.
I've used Scentsational cleaning for the last 8 weeks on my holiday let property. In that time I've had two severe complaints on cleanliness that resulted in refunds to clients. At the out set she said tell me if there are issues and I'll pass it on to the team. I mentioned on a few occasions it looked like the house had not been vacced pkust other minor bits they were missing, bin liners, toilet rolls not left out. Last week they missed a whole room, which was the party, disco room. Subsequently we no longer work together. Draw your own conclusions from this review, but I won't be recommending Scentsation cleaners, nothing sensational about them .
Booked a deep clean with Laura over messages really easily and knew what to expect. Julie and Jo arrived on time, were really lovely and worked like absolute trojans on the house. It was sparkling after and their attention to detail was brilliant. They were also really patient with our dog who’s a rescue and needs a bit more time to settle Really looking forward to keeping a regular clean with Laura and her team!
Wonderful service, so impeccable with their work and so lovely, they are hardworking and go above and beyond for their clients, especially when you need extra care because of ailments. I recommend these services and a huge thank you to Laura the CEO of the company, she makes sure her clients are happy with everything they need.
Scentsational are very good at what they do. Whether a deep clean or regular. Very good comms and when you walk into the house it even smells clean
