   We were so happy with Rob and Alex and how they completely turned our original floor boards around! We tried to sand ourselves with a rental sander and it just didn’t work. They were able to fit us in and sanded the whole bottom floor in just a couple of hours. We varnished/finished it ourselves and Rob was very kind to talk us through it which was incredibly helpful. We’re so happy!

   We used Floor Angels earlier this year and we can't thank Rob and the team enough for such great work. The floor needed a lot of repair and the team were able to get it in fantastic condition before staining it. Rob was patient as we chose the stain and also gave us great advice on the finished look. The floorboards are so silky soft on my feet! Finally, we didn't need to put up dust guards because the machines used were so efficient, I was really impressed. Thank you so much.

   Very happy with my restored oak floors. Rob gave me lots of options to consider by doing test patches on the actual floor. The boys came and did my entire living room and hallway in a day and it looks lovely. The first photo is the 'before'. My floors are good quality engineered planks but were laid about 20 years ago so were very tired and a bit mucky. Plenty of life in them yet!

   Initially great service and communication. When it came to the job Rob was on holiday and his 2 guys did the job. But they did damage some newly decorated walls and skirtings, plus left 2 sharp nails, and a sharp board with large gaps as well. After speaking to Rob, he did reduce the balance to pay for our decorator to do one more day and made a promise to sort the gaps and sharp areas in exchange for paying the remaining balance which I did. On the day they were due to come back, they cancelled and the work remains incomplete a month later. I had to remove the 2 sharp nails myself and now we have some horrid looking gaps and a sharp board. Not 5*. It’s disappointing for us and hopefully an exception because the finishes are lovely.

   Rob and his team restored the wood flooring throughout my mother's house. Living alone she was a little nervous about having people in her home to carry out work, she was absolutely thrilled by the work and felt very relaxed and comfortable being in the company of Rob, also she was very impressed how well her property was respected. She doesn't have google so asked me to post a review on her behalf as she was so pleased with the service. ( She has very high standards and is difficult to please so this is a real testament to the skills and high levels of service from Floor Angels).

   Rob and his team renovated our kitchen and garden room marble floor. 43 square meters in all. They also renovated our small porch floor. The work was completed in one day. Every precaution was taken to ensure that woodwork and units within both rooms were protected during the cleaning process. A first- class job and would fully recommend Rob. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

   Rob responded to my query almost immediately, weetabix, milk, sick child, the carpet needed professional help. He arrived on time, lovely & polite as always, shoe covers to ensure his cleaning wasn’t compromised by shoes. The machinery all stays outside with just a hose into the house. Carpet cleaned and dried in a couple of hours, no more sour milk smell. This is the second time we’ve asked for Ron’s help & I’m just as impressed as the first time. Thank you
