On one of the hottest days of the year Craig & Leanne came out and cleaned my carpets until they looked like they were brand new. I'm super impressed with their friendly manner and professional results. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Today was the second time I have used Bassetlaw pro clean The first time was for my hall stairs landing carpet Craig came and introduced himself and provided a very good service My carpet was left clean and smelling fresh!!! Today we had our conservatory floor cleaned It was in a bad state after lots of work done on the house Well it is now back to being shades of grey not brown lol Yet again polite and professional and so reasonably priced I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend many thanks
Cheap, friendly service, came the next day albeit due to a cancellation but wait time wasn’t long anyway. Was very quick considering the state of the carpet but that didn’t substitute for the quality

Craig was punctual and polite at all times. I liked that he wore shoe covers to ensure that other parts of my property didn't get dirty. He has cleaned both carpets and my sofa. The results of the clean he did for me was just brilliant and all looked like new. I would highly recommend.
