   Very unprofessional and rude attitude in general. On the day of the appointment, I’d received one missed call (which I saw later) and the doorbell wasn’t rung, not even once!!! Then I received a very petulant, rude, unprofessional text message, bet he hadn’t rung the doorbell. I’d sent text messages be polite but didn’t get a response. Very petulant, unprofessional behaviour!

   Absolutely fantastic service from Kevin! Our motorhome carpets were very dirty and needed a deep clean. I messaged Kevin to ask if I could take them to him - he replied within 5 mins, 30 mins later I'd dropped them off....a couple of hours later they were done and ready to collect. They looked and smelled like new, all the marks had gone, including the heel marks on the cab carpet. I can't recommend Kevin highly enough!

   Horrendous stains on a bedroom carpet resulting from sickness/diarrhoea in a very elderly person. Kevin came out within 24 hours, did a superb and very professional job (after I had disinfected everything!), leaving a spotless carpet. Great value, service. Can't recommend him any higher.    Without a doubt the best carpet cleaners I have ever used. Kevin is a likeable guy who uses cutting-edge cleaning equipment, and my carpets are like new. They even passed the White Socks test... not a trace of dirt after I stomped around the house in white socks when Kevin had finished cleaning, and that has NEVER happened before. Can't recommend highly enough. Two years on... I spilled red wine on my cream-coloured carpet and Kevin REMOVED EVERY DROP!!! Not a sign of it! So pleased!
