   Wouldn’t even rate it 1 star. The customer service is HORRENDOUS. They can’t speak or hear and they get mad and shout at you when THEY have gave your order away to someone else WHO HAS NOT PAID and claim you never told them it was your order when you did multiple times. If they can’t run a business and forget their customers they NEED to pack up and go find another job and when you have given them £10 they claim you’ve only gave them £5 and refuse to give you your change back until you get them to check the cctv and then they’ve got caught out on what they were trying to do. The food is average and over priced for what it is. I WOULD NOT recommend.

   Amazing food, lovely fresh quality - always send plenty of salad and sauce- it’s always fresh. I’d highly recommend the Kobeda and rice - naan is quite big for £1.50 as well

   So we came to Manchester today to watch football and after the game we were coming to Bury to see a friend and asked him to recommend a takeaway and he told us about Parkhills we ordered food for collection and clearly told the guy on the phone our order and got him to repeat it food was collected and we went to our friends house 1 The chicken burger was hard as a rock 2 Kebab we told him sauces and salad on to clearly he didn't understand as it wasn't on there 3 Large Pizza with pepperoni didn't even look like a large on No sauces were given separately even though we asked and we're told they are in the bag. Overall experience not gd would never visit this place again

   Update tried again Feb 2023: chicken schwarma absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommended ...... ......... We are fussy with kebabs and decided to try somewhere local on a Tuesday night. Apart from over an hour delivery the food was delicious. Beautiful chicken tikka whereas a lot of places don't taste of anything. Hot chilli sauce and lovely salad. Glad to have found somewhere local.

   I have just accidentally visited this place and after the plate on my table I got surprised with the quality & quantity of food with the taste of full of flavours of properly cooked lamb in the form of Kabab koobideh or Just Kobida is an Iranian meat kabab made from ground lamb often mixed up with ground pepper and chopped onions. Prices are reasonable and serve with Naan or Chips or Rice according to the customer choice. They haven’t got only Kobida but different variety of foods too. Highly recommend it and must give a try place. For more please look on to my pictures I took there! Merci !
