   I was let down by the company I had booked, and I’m glad I was. I rang mark and explained my situation, and he accommodated me within 24hrs by giving up half his day off. Mark arrived and talked me through the process, we agreed a price and he set to work. I had to go out for a job interview and was more than comfortable to leave mark with a key. The carpets were transformed, smelled great and were fully dry the following day. Absolutely recommend!

   Mark did a fantastic job this morning - really speedy and a great result on my stairs! Mark has cleaned my mum's carpets a couple of times too and these always end up looking like new! Lovely guy - definitely recommend.

   My recliner chairs have come up like new with no greasy head areas, Jean coloured seats or foot pushing spots on the foot areas. Excellent. The almond coloured carpets which had not been cleaned commercially in 15 years again have texture where the wool fibre have been released from being compressed from foot traffic and no spots. Excellent. The White UPVC exterior areas Mark cleaned last year, even after living next to a building site for a year, are still easy to bring them up to the standard he did after a major clean-up last year. A very fair trader who knows his technical knowledge with good application of skill.

   I was considering replacing my lounge carpet after years of heavy use but I was really amazed at the results Mark managed to achieve.... It's like new again!    Just had a load of work done by Mark.....I have a new house!!! Firstly I had conservatory cleaned, gutters, fascia's and windows...what a difference...unbelievable. Next into the house and stairs, hall and landing which I had only had cleaned by another firm 6 months previous....as you can gather the ' other chap was rubbish! My stair carpet which I thought I would have to replace is like new. What can I spend my saved money on? Thanks Mark, I will be seeing you again. Marie Watson
