   Sad looking place. Looks Derelict. Is it even open. I was there 10.10am Sunday morning. No sign of life of all. If the place isn't open why is it coming up on Google search.

   I was with my daughter and she wanted to buy herself fake nails and false lashes which ur allowed to with parental consent , but apparently she needed a id and we never had this problem before but anyway I told them she was 13 and doesn’t have one but they ignored me and kept asking for a id then totally ignored us fully and got the manager and made us wait for them to come . When the manager came she made up saying my daughter refused to show id even though I’d told them she doesn’t have one . Then they said she couldn’t buy them since she’s under age which I agreed with but thought was very stupid since she was wearing them both right now , then I offered to pay for them but they refused which isn’t allowed at all they refused customer service and said it’s because they know I’d be buying it for her but some days ago we were at primark and my 10 year old daughter wanted some long false nails and lashes and allowed her . And didn’t ask for any ID which I think it’s 100% fine and non of my daughters are allergic or do anything bad with the glue I also offered to take out the glue and just get them nails and lashes but they still refused my service .

   I was at home bargains buying some lashes and nails for myself and my dad was there with me and since I was 13 they refused me even though if a parent is there to supervise your aloud to get them but this old women said to me do u have any ID and my dad was telling her I’m 13 and I’m his daughter she ended up calling her manger and saying that I can’t get them and my dad then offered to pay for them and they refused because they knew he was buying them for me even though I was wearing lashes anyway all a joke get some brains and I haven’t heard no law saying u can’t buy them my little sister who is 9 went to primark and bought nails and lashes and they didn’t ask for NO ID actually so pathetic that has never happened before at any over store I have bought them from.refusing customer service god sake all u lot are so petty

   I visited this store today and had the most enjoyable experience. The lady on the door ensuring we were all safe and social distancing was welcoming and pleasant. As I wandered around the store I’ve not giggled so much whilst listening to one of the sales assistants singing, she was brightening up the morning which I for one certainly welcomed. As I turned up the next aisle I saw her dancing as she worked too. Amazing lady. All the staff were so respectful whilst working their socks off. Thank you for a very pleasant half an hour at a time when a lot of people are struggling to smile.

   Great mix of products at exceptional value, what out though as some times can be cheaper elsewhere, especially when you look at weights and pack sizes. It’s a fairly large store and has a great mix of items for most needs. This is one of those stores with a chilled & frozen food section, although these are limited in selection. There are lots of staff working at this popular store in a popular location (the parking is a nightmare here at peak times, so park elsewhere). Some staff are very polite and friendly, where as others see customers as an annoyance and make their feelings known.
