New owners/managers, now a Premier. What has happened to our lovely self titled "village" shop. The new people are amazing, so friendly but it's gone from a Nisa selling some Co-op items to a Premier, with premier prices to boot! Hideous purple and yellow frontage, not in keeping with it's location. Random stock, much more down market cheap brands. You can get every type of Cadbury and Galaxy flavoured chocolate but not standard chocolate. And £14.99 for a packet of B&H Blue cigarettes. Why would you bother with Asda and Tesco Express within walking distance. Post Office only from now on.

I don't know her name but the young lady who was working this evening greeted me and my son on entry and asked how I was, she has outstanding customer service! Not just this evening but every time I see her she greets me on entry with a lovely smile! In my opinion she would make a fine Manager! I hope she gets to see this so she is aware of the fantastic job she is doing. Regards Lee x

Under new management and I must say the stores stocked very well, I called in the other day, and the new owner was doing stock notes, I pointed out the Nescafé cappuccino are better than the brand the others sold, and they are stocked, nice to be heard. Very friendly, think it's just what Nisa needed. P.O will be back open as soon as they have done a course, he did apologise for the inconvenience, which was not needed but was still very nice.

Their Post Office service is unreliable. Trudged up in the icy weather for a postage stamp to find them closed from mid-day - unbelievable!! Surely a public service such as Post Office should not be providing a part-time service to to serbe

Came at 8.20am this morning (see photo) and it was still not open! See other reviewers comments. Nisa Local, your brand is being damaged by this routine failure at this store

Fake offers always on. Price tags say one thing, till says another. This is clearly a scam to get people to buy more. That's why I avoid shopping their if I can. Coop need to investigate the family.

Good little shop/post office. But they bever open on time. Currently after 8am and closed while signs say open at 7am. Staff never behind counter and always a 15 min wait to pay, even longer is someone infront tries to post a parcel that takes half an hour. Customer service and general management is shocking but the shop itself has good stock.

Spent a bit of time here today posting parcels. The place is clean & tidy & the job was done but I was amazed not one ‘please’ or ‘thank you’ was uttered. I certainly didn’t feel welcome & would most likely choose a different post office next time. The guy working there really needs to up the customer service.

This shop should NOT be on Uber eats! Not only did they send me the wrong items, they also just didn't bother to send 2 of the items I paid for. When you try and ring the number for the store it cuts off and doesn't go through. I spent just over £13 and received 3 items that altogether came to around £4. No message or anything from the store with an explanation. Avoid ordering from here on Uber eats at all costs!
