shocking service as everytime i go into the shop u have to wait 10 mins for staff to serve you and thats even if they come at all
Very bad review charged me 50p for one packet of crisps that was £1.25 The other day I went in and the workers were smoking and Nonetheless, there was only two workers in that store very very bad service We had to wait 20 minutes to get served. The other day my friend came with me and We went to the till and they were speaking a different language while trying to servers and was on the call and also making coffee. Very, very bad service.
I love getting deals from here. Anna is lovely and I missed her while she was off I wondered where she was. Was go flag to see her back. She’s always happy and friendly ❤️. Xx

Great wee shop. At the moment its much better than the CO-OP as CO-OP has bare shelves. There is always price cuts every couple weeks and there is always something I need when price cuts happen. Post office is best in LEEDS, maybe the smallest but its always quick and you don't wait long time. Staff in BEST ONE SHOP are always very helpful and polite. Thank You to everyone in shop..
I met a very friendly man who greeted me with a smile, was extremely polite, and very helpful, his name is Simon. Apart from this store having great customer service, they have a very large range of fresh pies and pasties and sandwiches, and frozen foods. Great offers on things like fabric softener, wine and lager which is half the price of the larger supermarkets, they have a cash machine outside, and post office inside as well as offering all paypoint services. I also met Mandy who worked on the post office side of the tills, again, extremely friendly. I would highly recommend visiting this store not only for great customer service, but for the bargains they have on offer. Large alcohol section and selection. They also do lottery tickets.
