   Very poor customer service. The older lady who works there is very rude. I've gone there several times to collect and drop off parcels and some staff don't bother to check properly or randomly say they don't provide certain services depending on their mood. I went to drop off my parcel with a pram and my baby and they couldn’t be bothered to show me where to find the packages. Very disappointing.

   Handy opening hours and post office, parcel collection, not. A big selection it's a mini mart but handy as it opens till late and has services such as gas and electricity top up, post office and parcel drop off and collection

   I use this store on a regular basis as it is close by, better priced than some other local shops and the staff are friendly and helpful. My main problem with it is the parcel service, it’s not the staffs fault, but they receive far too many parcels from Evri that the store just can’t cope with them. They have no storage capacity available and that makes it a health and safety nightmare. Head office need to look at the situation and come up with a workable solution. Other than that, it’s a good store with good staff. Just a shame that head office can’t actually see what goes on, they just look at numbers….

   I’ve wasted several journeys to this store attempting to post something by Evri only to be told they can’t accept Evri parcels as they don’t get picked up regularly enough so the Evri post bag is full. Weirdly it’s only ever the older members of staff that tell me this. When I’ve gone in and been served by a younger member of staff they’ve always taken my parcel. They still have a sign outside saying you can post Evri there, and it comes up on the Evri website. My view is the older members of staff just can’t be arsed to take the parcels or want to purposefully inconvenience people - they are always very very rude. No apologies, just ‘Evri is full we can’t take the parcel’.

   I go in daily for the post office and other bits and have always found ALL the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Don't understand the poor reviews and shame on you if you have nothing better to do than name and shame staff online, get a life and think next time. Thanks again to all the super staff.

   Yes, I get that it’s a pandemic and the people in the shop are key workers, putting themselves at risk by being ‘exposed’ to the public. But the staff who work in there are the most rude, unhelpful people to ever work in a customer service role. I’d rather spend time queuing anywhere else in the world, if that meant I could avoid setting foot in there again!
