    Who ever designed the new layout of the store really messed things up! No one likes it not customers, not the staff, no one! It is ridiculous. Cat food next to toilet paper. And all kinds of random things that don't fit with each other!

    Had a look round b&m, got everything we needed. Got to the till, asked my brother for ID the cashier already had a problem as soon as we got to this till. We felt intimidated as well as feeling as though the cashier was racist. Cashier got funny then had the cheek to accuse us of swearing at her when we clearly did not. Manager came out, clearly doesn't know what customer service skills are and had a horrid attitude and we tried to speak calmly to solve the situation and the manager and cashier had a disgusting attitude and once we called this out to them they called security. I've been here many times, never had a problem however I've not come across the staff I had today. Won't be returning, b&m sort your staff out get more approachable, respectful staff who actually want to be there. Absolutely disgusted. You should be ashamed.

    Who doesn't love a B&M shop ? Walk in for two thing and leave with 50 more items than intended. Brilliant bargain's and very clean. With friendly approachable staff. I love B&M ❤️
