   girls work here laugh at people unfriendly unhelpful. I left the store and came straight back in cause I forgot something is that ok with you . If you don't like people don't work in retail simple. Asked about an item she said if its not on the shelf we don't have it I said you haven't had any eggs for days do you know if you stopped getting them in she just walked off. Went here on the 18th Nov to take something back that I bought on 17th Nov I said I don't have the receipt cause when I bought it she said do you want a receipt I said no so on the 18th nov she said I can't do you a credit note or anything without a receipt. We don't do it anymore without receipts if that's the case then you should automatically give receipts or at least warn the customer you've changed the rules.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!! Parking ticket for shopping as a customer since when do you pay for parking to use a store ?! Will NEVER be returning. Tried to appeal it with the receipt of going to b&m for 15 minutes and they’ve declined it. Money grabbers !

   You have to pay for parking. They give you it back if you remember to give them it. I was at the till and remembered when I had scanned my card she said it was too late. My son (2)had just fallen in store and bumped his head. I was too busy trying to comfort him whilst my husband paid. Maybe when paying it would be helpful if asked if you have a parking ticket. Wknt be shopping here again!

   Took time to find everything I wanted but got there in the end. Had to pay £1 for parking, but if you spend £5 or more you get that pound back.

   I’m a new driver, i was in a rush and i assumed like most B&M’s, they offer free parking. This was my first and last time i visit this B&M! I was completely oblivious that you had to pay for parking. It was raining, i had my hood up and i wasn’t really looking where i was going, i just wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. Anyway I got a £60 parking fine which i think is absolutely appalling considering the fee to park is a couple of pounds. I have so many things to say about how disgusting it is but i will keep quiet because i want this review to be posted and i don’t want others to make the same mistake as me.

   Extortionate parking charges for being 15 minutes late (yes, I did buy a ticket, luckily I still had it). Managed to fight it and win. Won't be shopping there again, only used to buy toilet paper there anyway, Savers or Home Bargains is cheaper for the same toilet paper now anyway. I'd suggest everyone fight these, bordering on illegal, charges. A reasonable charge would be acceptable, but not a scare tactic of £100 if you don't pay within 14 days of the letter being printed, which was only delivered 5 days after being printed. Remember, this is NOT a fine but in essence an invoice for overstaying. I should invoice them for wasting my time. Nice going folks, alienate your customers and stick two fingers to them in store if you try to complain to the store manager. B&M probably make more money off the parking charges than they do from the rubbish tat they sell in the shop. My advice, AVOID.
