Understaffed, overpriced and poor stock levels. The one staff member was very helpful.

I visited the store on Friday during lunchtime wanting to look and receive some guidance in regards to menopause, which I have seen being advertised quite a lot and was stood in that area where menopause products are displayed for a few minutes waiting for a shop assistant to help me, on my previous visits I have been supported, however the store has really gone down hill in the last few months. On this occasion I felt customer service was very bad, the Asian girl with dark hair made eye contact with me and walked straight into the back, without asking me if I needed any support or help and the other staff member was floating around and also didn’t ask me if I was okay, so I left. For a wellness store, they don’t care about the wellness of customers. Very unsatisfied customer, I will choose elsewhere from now on to buy my products.

Appalling customer service. Rude and pedantic about a mis-labelled and poorly-labelled product. No smile. No friendliness, just obnoxious, superior, judgemental rudeness. Very obvious the staff who clearly have no interest whatsoever in the business and definitely no interest in increasing sales or customers. Whoever manages this shop should witness what I did today and I guarantee they would sack the sales person immediately, unless of course they were the manager, in which case there's no hope. Such vile attitude.

I'm a regular and the staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt; aside from one. The said male staff prioritised his phone over myself and other customers mid-conversation. Not only this but I've noticed that he avoids having to 'deal' with customers and heads in the opposite direction. I've had negative experience with this member of staff in the past as he was outwardly rude to my friend who is disabled. I am dissapointed at this continuation of rude behaviour. I feel bad for other female staff who have to accommodate his behaviour.

I haven’t been to Holland & Barret for a while in Broadway due to being able to order online & Covid. I came to the store today and approached a colleague called Malaika and she was very helpful friendly & respectful! It makes a change when you get a colleague who is understanding & goes out of their way to provide a 5* service! Due to being with a family member who did not speak fluent English Malaika was more than helpful in taking her time out to speak to my family member resulting in them being understood and appreciated, thank you once again Malaika such a pleasant person to be around! The store was clean and tidy it did get slightly busy but the queues were well managed and the staff really take the time out to lend a helping hand! Very well organised and stocked up many great offers and deals aswell thank you to everyone at Holland & Barret will definitely be back ☺️

There are some lovely staff members there, a few young ladies were very helpful and made me feel welcome. Wonderful at their job and very knowledgeable. Store was clean and very well organised even with technical issues. One staff member in particular was very unsavoury, he made me feel like I was a massive inconvenience especially because I am an OAP and needed guidence from most members of staff. I did not like the way he spoke to the other members of staff either. Really hope he was just having a bad day and isn't actually like this as a person.

What a great experience !! went to the store today with a particular product in mind but not exctally sure which one? I was served by a lovely young lady named Isabella, she was so polite, friendly and so helpfull. Now she demonstrated how customer service is supposed to be done, she was genuinely interested in me and the reasons why I was looking for this product, she physically took me to the selection and then helped me to choose. They had a good selection to choose from so overall I was very happy and would recommend to others.
