    The guy that works at night around 10pm on Thursday 6th nov this week has no idea how to treat customers, I went to post some things after the hours of operation for posting, the sign saying will not accept after 10 pm is hidden yet he watches me print n stick on all the labels then serves other customers that kept coming in. When I told him can you serve me too that’s when he says I can’t take your items. He needs to be trained on customer service save your energy and go somewhere else

    Shop keeper whos is at the till with the glasses on is absolutley rude he has no customer service skills whatsoever and does not know how to be proffessional. My card declined and he told me to move my bag to the side in a rude manner whilst i sorted it out then tried again he was huffing and puffing like some sort of odd human he is... it then worked and i left the store not even worth one starts rest of shop is good in variety of things
