Amazing! Food was tasty, the wait weren't too long considering it was all cooked fresh. Was so filling and could takeaway what you didn't finish. Would say food is reasonably priced and something on menu for everyone. Lovely atmosphere, disability toilet which was great cause I did panic when I saw toilets were upstairs as I have hidden disabilities and struggle with going upstairs.

An Absolute Gem Near Liverpool Central! Highly Recommend! After a long, exhausting day of shopping around Liverpool Central, we were looking for somewhere cosy to recharge, and this Turkish restaurant was the perfect find. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was wonderfulβ€”the decor is beautiful and creates a really welcoming, relaxed setting. The highlight of the meal was definitely the Β£15 Two-Course Set Menu. The value for money is truly exceptional, and the options available were fantastic, offering a great selection of Turkish favourites. Everything we chose was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. It felt like a real treat without breaking the bank! Beyond the brilliant food, the service really made our evening. All the staff were helpful and attentive, but we have to give a huge shoutout to Fin! Fin was incredibly attentive, quick to help, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Great service makes such a difference, and Fin elevated the whole experience. If you’re near Liverpool Central and looking for a delicious meal, amazing value, and top-tier service, you absolutely have to visit. Five stars!

We went here for a spot of lunch. We saw it as we entered bold street. Had a quick scan of the menu and looked at some others on Bold Street too, only to return here. We were so glad we did as everything was just sensational. We were greeted by a lady called Zuzanna, who led us to our table and provided us with a brilliant service. From start to finish we felt very well looked after. She is a credit to this restaurant. The lunch menu was excellent value for money ( 15.95 for 2 courses ) and the portions were very generous. Not to mention the fresh bread, dips and salad bowl that come with it. I got chicken shish and my wife got the grilled salmon. One word- exceptional. Honestly, this is probably one of the best Turkish restaurants I've eaten at. Everything was just yum. Cooked to perfection with bags of flavour. I've already told friends and family. Now I share this with you. I promise you will not be disappointed at all. I will most definitely be returning.

I enjoyed the meal and the service only got better as the time went on. My sisters went on Friday 12th September 5ish and the staff were lovely. We managed to order just before the lunch time meal (Β£15.95 for starter and main) ended I had the halloumi as a starter and lamb musakka with rice for a main. But before that we got given some complimentary food a type of bread that was very tasty with some sauces to dip. Also a bowl of salad I don’t know if that come with a meal or was complimentary. I did try the lamb that my sister had and I preferred that to my meal. Overall we ended the meal and we’re pleasantly impressed with the service, one of the members of staff even helped my sister bring the pushchair down the step. I like that you can see the cooking taking place as well at the front as you enter. It’s a placed go again and recommend to eat!

Great food. Great service. Extremely pleasent staff. Excellent for family and/or couples. Traditional Turkish food and a good variety of drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic). Walk in customers welcome but on a weekend I highly recommend booking in advance. Will definitely come again.

Akasya is a great introduction to Turkish cuisine and excellent value. A feast for two was ordered for little more than Β£30 and our drinks were given to us free. The staff were also quite friendly - helpful with ensuring me that food was safe from nut contamination. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone with food allergies and hesitant to try new food. I generally shy away from spicy food, but was glad to find that my chicken breasts were were most delicious and quite tolerable in terms of spice. For those who prefer lots of spice in their food, there are other options including the chicken wings that my friend could attest to. The service was fast as well and came over to ask if everything was alright. It’s these small things that show customers that they care and can help form loyal regulars. It is important for restaurants to ensure their menu offers a wide variety of food suitable for all their customers. I didn’t plan to come here initially. KO Grill was my initial choice, but upon learning that traces of nuts would be inevitable in anything they cooked, we left and went to Akasya where I was delighted to find they could cater for me. For this reason, I commend such establishments for their efforts in inclusive dining.

Our first time here. The staff at the entrance was friendly. Starters were delicious, fresh and the bread married well with the hummus. They do have a lunch deal of Β£11.95 for two courses. Not valid on Saturday and Bank Holiday. Their portion was generous. They do great coffee as well. The food was mediocre. The lamb shank was not cooked well. It was somewhat chewy, fatty and bland. Mash potatoes were not mashed properly. You can still spot pieces of potatoes. As for the charcoal-grilled lamb, it was better than the lamb shank. However, it was bland.
