   B&M in Huddersfield town centre is a really handy place for bargain shopping. The store is usually well stocked with a wide range of products, from household essentials and cleaning supplies to snacks, seasonal items, and home décor. Prices are very competitive, making it great for saving money. The layout can feel a bit busy at times, especially during peak hours, but staff are generally helpful and the location is convenient for a quick shop while in town.

   Worst store tbh. Went today, knew exactly what wanted still 2 mins were left for store to close. At first when i asked staff i just need a bag, she let me in and then when i started looking at it , all of them asked me to leave so rudely. If you wanted me to get out why would yoube okay with me coming first then. All the older staff was so rude. Need to learn some manners. Pathetic!

   It's a good store but I have witnessed many times poor customer service. The place is normally very busy at times so hard to get around the whole store but it is that big it would take an hour I feel. I often buy earphones from here and very happy with the quality. I will say the sandwich selections they have are appalling and unless you like tasting battery acid avoid buying any sort of fast cold sandwich from here go to poundland around the corner.

   right so I went there with my significant other and we had a fabulous time we were able to get drinks and food which they had a large array for the selection. as an addition we were also able to get these at a very low price this made the trip 3 times more ecstatic. overall we had a great experience with nice staff and has left us with memories we might never forget. 10/10 would come agen.

   Older staff lack custom service skills, never bother to engage with me. Just scan the item and say the price, that's it. I've literally been behind other people in the queue and they engage with them say thank you and bye ect, then as soon as they get to me it's just silence, I'll say thank you and bye but they just ignore and stare like I've personally done something to them. A simple hello and bye would be nice. Younger staff are fine and friendly though

   First visit to the Huddersfield B&M store. Laid out well but didnt realise it was split over 2 floors until a staff member told me!! Checkouts both upstairs and down so didnt have to use the stairs again.

   A good store with lots of choice and some great deals to be found. They used to be more competitive on price and now seem to be charging more for certain items therefore they are no longer as competitive in some respects. The store is worth a visit if you have not been there before.

   Fantastic shopping experience. Never gone in the store b4 . Staff very helpful in huddersfield. I was looking for salt&pepper shakers . Also cashier downstairs in appliances &soft furnishing dept was very friendly. Def worth a visit. I'm going back with more money
