Tahir who works there is amazing and went above and beyond for me. Restored my faith in humanity. Thank you so much

Went in and the shelf's needed filled, my husband was looking for some beers but there was none on there, also no help from the staff the only one I Saw was on the till, but the was a top lying on the frozen counter. Definitely not going to this shop again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Been going here for over five years. Some staff are good, but some of the more recent additions are impolite, sometimes rude, to the point that I'm considering going elsewhere if they don't improve. Today, one of the staff squeezed between me and the shelf 12 inches from my nose where I was browsing items because there was no room in the isle (another staff member was behind me stacking the shelf on other side). He could have asked if I mind, but, no, he just zoomed through and nearly clipped my nose. He didn't say a word. Pretty rude. A no no if you know anything about how to interact with customs.

Under staffed and the staff that work there are ignorant and avoid helping customers. The machines don't work. I spent half an hour taking my items out of the bagging area and putting them back just for the machine to scream an assistant is on their way. But no one came even when a staff member was stood directly behind me and did nothing. The shelves are always out of stock. Its beyond a joke at this point.

I have used this store for years. The staff have always been really lovely and had a few laughs with them over time. Always helpful and friendly. However, we went in today, Sunday afternoon, and went to the check out. The lady staff was refilling stock behind the counter and continued to do so while we were waiting at the till. We eventually had to call her over. She was clearly not pleased and never cracked her face. I bought my usual cigerettes and put them straight in the bag with the shopping I had bought. We paid and said thankyou and goodbye. She didn't even say a word or change her face. When we got home I found she had given me the wrong cigarettes. Clearly doesn't know her stick. Not a good experience in the store today and feel she has let down the good reputation of other staff.

Covid-19 precautions - one-way traffic through the store, etc - are in place here and seem to be well thought out. Even though it was a little busy, customers were able to be served promptly. The only minor gripe that I had was that they wouldn't let me use the store toilet facilities.

This is an excellent convenience store and the staff are very friendly. They've done a great job of social distancing, particularly around the checkouts and self scan tills. It is a busy store so the car park is regularly full but that is just an indication of what a good shop this is. Well done Coop!

Good position close to the hospital. Kept us going whilst in patients. Nice fresh baked in the an and sandwiches for lunch. Good range of other options and coffee to take out. Helpful friendly staff and ample parking. Certainly stopped us starving in Airedale hospital.
